About us

Bartosz Augustyn is an experienced sales and marketing manager based in PolandBartosz Augustyn. He is one of the few managers having really very broad and successful multi business experience FMCG, OTC, Rx Pharma, Lubricants, Building Materials, customer to shopper/consumer, B2B sales and running a retail shops His background includes sales, training and marketing management on the multinational level. He has gone for 18 years from a representative via middle management to senior positions with Master Foods ( a part of Mars Incorporated ), Novartis Consumer Health, and Bristol - Myers Squibb and Castrol  where he was a Sales and Trade Marketing Director for Poland, International Key Account Manager and a training Manager for Europe As an independent consultant has taken part in managing cross cultural  projects for companies in Poland and tile business in ex Soviet countries

He has managed 30-million Euros budgets and had a top and bottom line responsibility for a company Margin and profit (EBIT; EBITDA).  He has managed, trained and consulted sales, trade marketing and marketing strategies for the past 16 years.

      Through his successes he emphasises. He was a part of the top 30 senior managers in ECEEMEAA region in Novartis he drove the company making cultural and organizational development change, from number 28 to number 8  in top 10 biggest polish OTC companies within only 3 years. That time the company growth went from 15% up to 65%. Bartosz kept the growth level of NCH as the highest in Poland and in the region.  In Bristol – Myers. he kept Market share of Nutramigen on the 48% level he drove the company to number one in Poland in Infant Cow’ s milk allergy segment.. For his achievement s he was nominated to European efficiency team as the only representing European Sales. Then he drove training programs for Sales in European Region. All his business objectives were exceeded. He participated in management of Castrol Lubricants Retail business and turnaround projects in ex SU countries, raising shares of Dvarcioniu Keramika Vilnius fro 3,2 LTL/ share to 4,98 LTL/ share. took part in Russian companies or products acquisition processes

     Throughout his professional career has established close partnerships with clients in Poland, Western Europe and ex. SU He demonstrated an ability to develop and deliver effective sales and trade marketing/marketing  that, with the commitment of clients and their teams, contribute to lasting change and result.  He has been able to translate training and development to impact where it matters most: business performance and result in the company growth.

     Bartosz has worked with a number of organisations across a range of industries, including Master Foods Poland, Novartis Consumer Health, Bristol- Myers Squibb, Castrol Lubricants, HL Display, Media Markt, Wyeth, Bausch and Lomb, Wurth, Apple, Abott, CeDo – Packlan, Herbapol ( herbals ), Cersanit Opoczno SA, ( the largest Eastern European tiles producer), Bakoma ( yoghurts ) Dvarcioniu Keramika in Lithuania ( building ), and several polish companies like :Andropol SA (fabrique producer ), .Ultimo Corporate (procurement company) and several chains of polish pharmacies and pharmacy wholesalers ,

     Bartosz specializes in training for sales ( people on different levels of competency like Reps, customer service, retail Sales people etc. up to International Account Managers ) and Management from basic skills to multicultural change drive..

Bartosz speaks and runs trainings in Polish, English, and Russian. His hobby is history, psychology, skiing and Martial Arts.

 

 

Pawel‚ Rozpara Pawel‚ Rozpara : He has broad experience in sales. He is a graduate of the commercial Szczecin Maritime Academy. He began his professional career in 1993 at Master Foods Polska. He worked in the Polish branch office of Mars Incorporated. He worked on many levels of responsibility both as a commercial representative and as a sales manager. He introduced to the Polish market Weser Gold – a German magnate among the producers of juices; he restructured the Sales Department at Alima Gerber; he managdr the sales and logistics as the Commercial President for the producer of Kielecki Majonez.

 

 

 

Jakub Smolarski Jakub Nowak: has a great experience in pharmaceutical, and building materials business as a trainer and a manager. His major focus is sales training He has spent a number of years in pharma industry. Specializes in international trading. Responsible for French market Is fluent in English and French.

 

 

   Jevgenij Leontjev gained a profound experience as sales professional and business development manager. Managed marketing department in Dvarcioniu keramika (leading tile producer in Baltic States), managed sales to Russia and Asia. He implemented a number of development activities and increased company's sales in appr. 30% a year. He used to work as commercial adviser in Danish foreign service and had consulted more than 50 Danish companies about investment into Lithuanian business and business development in Lithuania. He managed the sales department in the company, importer of oil and gas equipment and signed contracts with suppliers of Gazprom, Lukoil, Transneft, TNK-BP and other major Russian companies. He is fluent in Russian, Lithuanian, English.  The most important training achievements Selling skills workshops for Bausch&Lomb (Moscow) including Management.                                                             

 

John Duffin : has now worked in over 60 countries and still does. Works in developed and developing markets, with developed and developing companies and with new and experienced people. Has worked extensively in Asia, all over China in particular and all over Europe and Africa and the USA.

 

 

Janusz Grasza Janusz Grasza: psychology PhD. Big experience as a University teacher and psychotherapist. Specializes in interpersonal skills training. Took part in an international research about universal values among various human cultures. Awarded by polish Ministry of Education for the Alternative education of men project
