Trainings- acquiring skills and knowledge
Today, those needed are more and more effective employees who are able to:
SELL BETTER, SERVE BETTER AND MANAGE MORE EFFECTIVELY!
This means that one has to continue the improvement of key skills: understanding others and effectively passing on one’s own ideas and views. We are most of all practitioners; therefore our training workshops have one overriding goal – to provide: the maximum useful, practical knowledge and skills for immediate use.
Our training methods.
Our trainings are of a training-workshop character. Their effectiveness is assured by original and active didactic methods. Those are mainly:
- Individual and group exercises
- Simulation games
- Simulations of actual professional events
- Case analysis
- Mini lectures
- Video training
- Psychological questionnaires
- Creative thinking and problem solving techniques
There is a place for self-reflection and feedback sessions during trainings. Each exercise and training is reviewed as a whole by the trainer and the participants. This feedback enables the intensification of the process of the development of skills. We take into consideration individual needs of the participants of the group and adjust the content and the course of workshops to their proposals, situations and shown competencies.
We divided training themes into five theme blocks:
- management
- negotiations
- sales
- client service
- interpersonal skills
